He was predeceased by: his parents, William Andresen and Betty Andresen (Beane); his wife Verna Lea McNulty; and his sister Patricia Andresen. He is survived by: his children, Mark Andresen (Hope) of Rock Hills, SC, Teresa Andresen of Davenport, IA, Aaron Andresen of Clinton, IA and Kevin Andresen Sr. of Preston, IA; and his siblings, Cindy Rinderknecht (John) of Homer, AK and John Andresen of Clinton, IA.. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.

A future service is being planned; in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Clinton Historical Society and the Bickelhaupt Arboretum.
