He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Neisslie and Mary Neisslie (Bartels); his daughter Michele Guidebeck; his grandson Brandon Hankins; and his brother Jerry Neisslie.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Neisslie of Camanche, Iowa; and his children, Debra Hein (Keith) of Clinton, Lisa Burnett of Boynton Beach, Danielle Graham of Fort Lauderdale and Clinton Guidebeck (Danielle) of Davenport, Iowa. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
