He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dash and Evelyn Dash (Goodell); and his wife Janet Dann. He is survived by: his children, Rod Dash (Stef), Terry Dash (Eileen) of Clinton, Christine Dash of Lago Vista and Lori Meyers (Steve) of Lebanon, Tennessee; and his brothers, Gary Dash (Delores) of Clinton and David Dash (Brenda) of Waipahu, Hawaii.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorials can be made to Stead Children's Hospital at the University of Iowa.
