Milroy (Fransen) of Clinton; his son Ryan; his girlfriend Lisa Frederick of Clinton; and his brothers, Mike Milroy (Sue Fair) of Camanche, Doug Milroy (Melanie) of Princeton, MN and Todd Milroy (Tricia) of Clinton. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
