It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert A. Rentz of Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on April 26, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Rentz and Margaret Rentz (Van Buskirk); and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Marx of Clinton; his children, Jeremy Rentz (Kimberly) of Angola, Indiana, Christy Doornink (Justin) of West Linn, Oregon and Lindsey Kennedy (Brad) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Landon Kennedy, Adeleine Rentz, Isaac and Lily Doornink; his siblings, Shirley Shontos of Clinton, Ronald Rentz of Fallon, Mary Dohse of Clinton and Gary Rentz of Davenport; his mother-in-law Betty Berg of Clinton; his sister-in-law Pamela May (Randy); and also Brody of Fulton, Illinois..
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.
