He is survived by: his wife Louise Metzger of Clinton; his daughter Lori Christopherson (Bryan); his grandchildren, Cole and Cayden of Clinton; his daughter Lisa Morhardt; his grandchildren, McKenna and Blakely of Clinton; his child Lindsay Totten (Jason); his grandchildren, Addison and Keegan of Camanche; his nephew Andy Schuster; his siblings-in-law, Pat Burlingame of Camanche, Wendy Metzger of Laveen, AZ, Jim Metzger of Moriarty, NM and Joe Metzger (Mary Jo) of Santa Fe, NM; and also Megan Schuster of Delhi, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to The Sawmill Museum or The Eco Center at Rock Creek Marina and Campground.
