He was predeceased by: his spouse Beverly Chafer. He is survived by: his children, Richard Reid of Camanche, Michael Reid of Moline, Jeffrey Reid of Clinton and Becky Reid of Clinton; his grandchildren, Zachary Peters (Beth), Amanda Peters, Tylere Mueller (Kaitlyn), Courtney Brose (Levi), Tawnya Wernick (Brian) and Amanda Bingham (Cody); his great grandchildren, Austin, Bailee Nissen, Kade Bingham, Anna Clark, Tylere Mueller, Jr. and Ellie Schwegel; and his brother William Reid of Clinton.
