He is survived by: his girlfriend Sharon DeWitt of Clinton, IA; his son Rich Meyer of Clinton, IA; his stepchildren, Michelle Strunk of Clinton, IA and Michael Gibart (Nicole) of La Crosse, WI; his grandchildren, Jake, Kristy, Katie, Kimberly, Kurtis, Michael, Jordan and Connor; his great grandchildren, Lynnea, Sophia and Alana; his siblings, David Putman (Cindy) of Bellevue, IA, Larry Putman (Ruth) of Bellevue, IA, Cheryl Budde (Glenn) of Bellevue, IA and Connie Andersen (Peter) of Bellevue, IA; and also, Duane and Denise Plum. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
