He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Foster and Elsie Foster (Michaelsen); his brother-in-law Dennis Manning; and his nephew Patrick Manning. He is survived by: his wife Deb of Mary's Church; his son Sean Foster (Lauren) of Elburn, IL; his grandchildren, Hayden, Alison and Lillian; and his sister-in-law Martha Ho (Peter) of Bellingham, WA..
