He is survived by: his wife Susan Bennett; his children, Justin Wagner (Maranda) of Oroville, WA and Jessica Newkirk of DeWitt; his grandchildren, Patrick, Cecelia and Rylee; and his siblings, Mike Wagner of Hannibal, MO and Kathy Simpson (Bob) of Cordova, IL.. He is also survived by 3 step-children; 7 step-grandchildren.
