He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Leonard and June Leonard (Quinn); his granddaughter Emma Christine; and his brothers, Billy and Bob.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Dow; his children, Christine Schlotfeldt (Jason) of Camanche and Michael Leonard (Stacy) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Jacob, Brody, MacKenzie and Nolan; his great grandchildren, Jasper and Jayna; and his siblings, Susie Wilden of Camanche, Betty Reed of Meridian, MS, Mary Mallinger of Clinton, Jill Lemke (Brian) of Clinton, Tim Leonard (Mary) of Lake Villa, IL, Dick Leonard of Sabula, Jay Leonard (Deb) of Clinton, Ed Leonard (Nettie) of Clinton, Larry Leonard of Clinton and Joe Leonard (Anne) of Clinton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
