He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orville Sr. Boutwell and Eleanor Boutwell (Clannon); his children, Jessica Fraser (Andrew) of Clinton, Jason of Clinton, Joshua of Clinton and Jeremy Boutwell of Clinton; his siblings, Ethel Kries of Cheney, WA, Laura Kuhse of Clinton, Stephen Boutwell of Clinton, Sharon and Larry; and his brother-in-law Richard Kuhse. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
