She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Dixon and Nettie Mae Dixon (Coppernoll); her husband Harry P. Foley; her children, Mike Bos, Viola Foley and Zelma Upatraw; her grandson Kit Wilson; her great grandchild Baby Rose; and her brothers, Don and Robert Dixon.
She is survived by: her children, Harry Foley, Jr. (Roxann) of Shellsburg, Hope Kimmer (Randy) of Kelseyville, Tom Foley (Pam) of Clinton and Richard Foley (Christina) of Clinton; and her siblings, Paul Dixon (Mariann) of Sabula and Arlene Winkler (Paul) of Savanna. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; and 11 great great grandchildren.
