She is survived by: her parent Joseph Dolph; her husband Tom; her children, Jessica Laurion (Levi) of Clinton, Joshua Dolph of Clinton and Kimberly Wessels (Adam Mueller) of Clinton; her stepchildren, Tamara Batista (Reynaldo) of Montgomery, TX and Wade Leslie (Destiny) of Marion, IA; her grandchildren, Joshua, Arrianna, Adam, Lily, Braxton, Sheridan, Trey, Max, Tinsley and Gannon; her mother Nancy Bott (Dale) of Clinton; and her siblings, Deb Westphal (Randy) of Clinton and Joe Dolph (Letha) of Clinton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
