She is survived by: her spouse Robert Joseph Smith, Sr.; her children, Diana Smith of Clinton and Shawn Smith of Bellevue; and her siblings, Patricia Shafar and Gerald Heath. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
