With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy A. Nieland in Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on July 5, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer Mann and Wilma Mann (Harder); her son Paul Taylor; and her siblings, Lila Masse and James Mann.

She is survived by: her husband Wayne Nieland of LeClaire; her daughter Amanda Litwiller (Robert) of Council Bluffs, IA; and her grandchildren, Alyssa Bignall, Brielle and Connor Litwiller. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
