He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Sullivan and Dorothy Sullivan (Hughes). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Fontenoy of Clinton; his children, David Sullivan of Clinton, Matthew Sullivan (Jennifer) of Davenport, Daniel Sullivan of Clinton and Lyndsey Sullivan of Clinton; his grandchildren, Gabrielle and Jack; and his siblings, Kevin Sullivan (Sharae) of Sturgeon Bay, Steve Sullivan (Sherri) of Clinton, Rosemary Sullivan of Wilton, Gloriann Davis (Scott) of Hannibal, Beverly Bentley (Henry) of Durant and Eileen Sullivan (Sarne Moore) of Wilton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
