He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Csaplik and Marcella Csaplik (Sheranek); and his brother Frank Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Nedley of Clinton; his children, Joni Kunz (Scott) of Camanche, IA, Mike Csaplik Jr. (Debbie) of Greenville, OH, Eric Csaplik (Courtney) of Camanche, IA, Grands, Kayla, Kristopher (Alyssa), Lydia, McKenzie, Annabelle, Ayden, Brylen, Avery, Henley, Lilly and Lyla; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Connor, Kayden, Claira and Kyson; and his siblings, Rita Csaplik and Eugene Csaplik (Susan) of New Salem, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
