He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Steffey and Edith Steffey (Poole); his wife Jacqueline Rupert; and his children, Sandra Chambers (William) of Camanche, IA, Donna Steffey of Florida, Ricky Steffey (Theresa) of Goose Lake, IA, Paul Steffey (Lisa) of West Alexandria, OH and Diana. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
