With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melissa Thomsen of Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on February 27, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomsen and Marilyn Thomsen (Crangle); her fiancé Pat Goddard; and her uncle Joe. She is survived by: her sister LeAnn Schrader (David) of Clinton; her nieces and nephews, Johnathan Stolts, Natalie Schrader, Olivia Schrader, Emery Schrader, Logan and Konnor Lemke; her friend Tina Lemke-Goddard; her stepmother Sharon Thomsen; and her uncle Robert Truckenmiller (Tonia). She is also survived by her nieces, nephew and special friends.
