It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maxine Marie Wagner (Clinton, Iowa), born in Garwin, Iowa, who passed away on April 14, 2023, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mauck and Alma Mauck (Dunn); her husband Warren John Wagner; her children, Charles, John Wagner and Lynn Wagner; and her brothers, Eugene, Robert and Gail Mauck.

She is survived by: her grandsons, Bryan Wagner (Kim) of Lake Forrest, IL and Brent Wagner (Stephanie) of Joliet, IL; and her great grandchildren, JC Wagner (Colleen), Hayden Wagner, Cordelia Wagner, Cormac Wagner, Declan Wagner, Paige Wagner and Hastings Wagner.

Per her wishes, she donated her body to the University of Iowa.
