She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett A. Streit and Theresa "Ruth" Streit (Nichols); her husband James "Jim" McEleney Sr.; her son Sean; and her great grandchild Jerry Stewart.
She is survived by: her children, Maureen McEleney of Fort Myers, Kevin McEleney of Clinton, Darin McEleney (Ursula) of Odessa, Kelly Schemers (Bill) of Clinton and James "Jamie" McEleney Jr. of Phoenix. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to G.M. Solberg Wildlife Rescue in Clinton.
