It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Kiggins of Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on August 6, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Keeney and Mary Keeney (Judd); and her brother David Keeney. She is survived by: her friend Richard Fisher; and her children, Clifford "C. J.", Becky Kiggins of Clinton, IA, Cassandra Kiggins of Dubuque, IA and Gina Kiggins of Clinton, IA.
