He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Ray and Ella Ray (Teshak); and his sister Joanne Shields. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Carlsen; his children, Michael Ray (Lou) of Clinton, Richard Ray of Villa Park, IL and Beth Thibodeaux (Tim) of Cypress, TX; his grandchildren, Derriek Ray, Erin Ray (Judd LaBarr) and Logan Thibodeaux; his great grandchild Jordan Jo Ray; his sister Pricilla Martindale (Denny); and his brother-in-law Les Shields. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
