He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Howard and Phyllis Howard (Schaley); and his pets, Babe, Milo and Big Boy Bubba.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Howard of Clinton, IA; his daughter Amanda Peltier-Smith (James) of Jefferson, WI; his siblings, Kevin Berry of Clinton, IA, Vickie Wright (Bill) of Dixon, IL and Gail Jansma (Dan) of Low Moor, IA; and his pets, Marley and Ana. He is also survived by four aunts & uncles; and several nieces & nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Imperial Lanes (1823 S Washington Blvd, Camanche, IA 52730).
