He is survived by: his wife Molly Ann Malone; his daughter Catherine Borgman (Richard) of Jupiter, Florida; his grandson Brian Borgman of Ovieda, Florida; his siblings, Wayne Bronkema (Mary) of Pearl City, Illinois, Alice Geissberger (Robert) of Freeport, Illinois, Wilma Hiteman of Freeport, Illinois, Paul Bronkema (Evelyn) of Stockton, Illinois, Faye Scheider (Fred) of Freeport, Illinois, Evelyn Elmer (Dennis) of Dakota, Illinois, Merle Bronkema (Marie) of Pearl City, Illinois, Diane Akins (LaVern) of South Wayne and Cheryl Bronkema of Freeport, Illinois; and his sister-in-law Patricia Bronkema of Forreston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Lyle's name for the Knights of Columbus.
