He was predeceased by: his parents, Loran L. and Jeanette M. Hoffman Jr (Nelson). He is survived by: his daughter Gabrielle M. Hoffman (Gabi) of Clinton; his siblings, Larry Hoffman of Lake Tomahawk, WI, Phillip Hoffman of Clinton and Linda Hoffman of Arkansas; his niece Lacey; his nephews, Christopher Hoffman, Eric Everson and Jesse Everson; and also, Steines and Laynie.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the family for a memorial of their choice would be appreciated.
