She is survived by: her children, Lisa Bormann (Ray) of Preston, IA, Steve Black (Angi) of Erie, IL and Kristi LaShelle (Jim) of Clinton, IA; her grandchildren, Blake, Amber, Justin, Corinthia, Susan, Brad and Patrick; and her great grandchildren, Micah, Charleigh and Waylen. She is also survived by several step brothers and step sisters; and several nieces & nephews.
