He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd A. Wagoner and Emma Wagoner (Atkins); his wife Deanna Schmidt; and his sister Nancy. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Simms of Clinton, Michael Wagoner of Clinton and Joseph Wagoner (Mary Ann) of Rapids City, IL; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Tommy and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Andre, Carter, David and Caden; and his sister Bev Kenworthy of Clinton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
