She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Krogman and Helen Krogman (Nelson); her siblings-in-law, Judy Krogman and Robert Higgins; her brother Donald; and her sister-in-law Nancy Ryder.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Higgins; her children, Matthew Higgins (Erin) of Lebanon, OH, Richard Higgins of Rock Island, Maxine Wayne (Chris) of Fulton, Rita Gruhn (Chris) of Clinton, Ann Barr (Steve) of Clinton, Andrew Higgins of Fulton and Jude Higgins of Albany; her grandchildren, Brianna, Ryan, Margaret, Kyle, Katherine, Jordan, Audry and Lilly; her great grandchildren, Mariah and MiaBella; and her brothers, Ronald Krogman (Beth) of Clinton, Richard Krogman (Joyce) of Clinton and Mark Krogman of Clinton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
