He is survived by: his wife Margo Wallace of Clinton; his sons, Jeffrey Ketelsen (Susan) of Cedar Rapids and Todd Ketelsen of Omaha, Nebraska; his granddaughter Brittney Ketelsen of Scottsdale; and his sister Joyce Vallet (George) of Dubuque, Iowa..
