He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nancy Meyer of Clinton and Roger Cheney (Janice) of Clinton; his siblings, Lorie Vogel (Brian) of Clinton, Allan Cheney of Clinton and Christie Anderson (Greg) of Clinton; his stepsiblings, Randy Wall and Julie Wall; his grandmother Carrie Brightwell of Clinton; his close friend Paula Hayton of Clinton; and his stepfather Don Meyer. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles and several cousins.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
