He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Gotlieb Lange and Helen Lange (Wright); his wife Carolyn Lange; his stepmother Ada Lange; his grandson Michael Lange; and his siblings, Lois Lange Mosiman, Lowell Lange and Betty Lange Vogeler.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey, Jonathon, Christopher, Tom (Kathy) of Centerville, Jeff of Centerville, Jon (Kim) of Plainview, MN and Chris (Susan) of Somerset, KY; his grandchildren, Justin Lange (Michelle) of Johnston, Benjamin Lange (Sheree) of Centerville, James Lange (Nicole), Maddison Lange of Kirksville, MO, Joshua Lange of Nashville, TN, Matthew Lange of Lexington, KY, Nicholas Lange (Carrie) of Minneapolis, MN, Emma Lange of Plainfield, MN, Sarah Hyden (Doug) of Prestonsburg, KY, Alex Lange (Lexi) of Nashville, Andrea Carey (Jake) of Nashville and William Lange of Lexington; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Cam, Barrett, Oliver, Quinn, Jack, Vincent and Thomas.
