He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Bousman and Dorothy Bousman (Wagner). He is survived by: his children, Amy, Derek, Dillon, Gracie, Keith Jr. "Pepe" and Terron; his brothers, Ed Bousman (Sandi), Chuck Bousman (Jackie), Jim Bousman (Patsy) and Arnie Bousman (Meghan); his significant other Cathy; and the mother of his children Bonni. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
