She is survived by: her mother Ethel Waldorf (White) of Clinton; her husband Mark Applegate; her sons, Robert, Austin Adams, Marcus and Brandon Norem; her stepchildren, Janice Stiers and Aaron Applegate; her brothers, Steve Waldorf (Ellen), Mark Waldorf (Brenda) and David Waldorf (Sheila); and her mother-in-law Carol Applegate.
