We bid farewell to Judith Kay (Brown) Mattan (Clinton, Iowa), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 13, 2025 at the age of 83. Judith Kay touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Ignatius Brown (Fritz) and Marion Irene Harper Brown; and her sister Melissa Anne Brown. She is survived by: her children, Mary Rebecca Mattan (Becky), Anthony Charles Mattan (Tony) of Max Meadows, VA, Claire Renee Mattan (Gary Teague) of Johnston, IA and James David Mattan of Des Moines, IA; her grandchildren, Elyse Renee Mattan McElligott, Nolan August Mattan McElligott and Kayden Isiah Easley Mattan; her siblings, David J. Brown (Janet), Karen J. Limke (Mike) and Tim F. Brown (Nancy); her friend Ellen Tarnawa (Peter); and also Maggie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Irenaeus Calvary Cemetery (2829 N 2nd St, Clinton, IA 52732).
