She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Frank and Mildred Frank (Doty); and her granddaughter Lauren Elizabeth. She is survived by: her husband Steve Pelham; her children, Elizabeth Hays (Gary Keis) of Clinton, Michael Pelham (Olivia) of Argo Fay, IL and Matthew Pelham (Melissa) of Bettendorf; and her grandchildren, Sara, Kaylie, Thomas, Isla, Charlotte, Jack and Charlie.

A reception will be held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pape Funeral Home (2308 Pershing Blvd, Clinton, IA 52732).
