He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pray and Gladys Pray (Steckman); his wife Judy; his brothers, Dick and Howard Pray; and his granddaughter Angie Cooper.

He is survived by: his mother-in-law Ellen Kettelsen; his children, Paul Pray (Karen Muetzel) of Clinton and Christine Rixen (Chris) of Clinton; and his siblings, Gloria Lowery (Keith) of Kansas City, KS and Bob Pray of North Carolina. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
