He was predeceased by: his father Richard "Dick"; and his siblings, Regina Roth and Robert Roth. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Roth; his son John Roth, Jr.; his granddaughters, Emma Roth of Clinton, Parker, Hoffman and Vugteveen; his siblings, LeAnn Young (Leroy) of Clinton, Christine Lyman, Sr. (Keith) of Sharon, VT, Frank LaShelle of Rock Island, IL, Lorna Pothof (Elmer) of Clinton, James LaShelle, Sr. (Jean) of Clinton, Kym Just of Clinton and Larry Thein (Debi) of DeWitt; his mother Patricia Murty (Joe) of Clinton; and his brother-in-law Mike Cherry (Lorena) of Clinton.
