He is survived by: his wife Ann Ballard; his children, Jeremy Williams (Heidi) of Fulton, Rachael Orte of Dallas, TX, Layla Sanders (Jamie), Angelic Gibson (John) and Matthew Ballard (Sarah) of Lyndon, IL; and his siblings, Dan Williams (Renee) of Clinton, Glenn Armstrong of Clinton, Roger Armstrong (Tina) of Clinton, Guy Armstrong of Clinton, Gary Armstrong of Clinton, Rodney Armstrong of Chicago, IL and Christina DeMoss (Bernie) of Clinton. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter.
