She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Wright and Katherine Wright (Bolte); her husband Joseph Hand; and her siblings, Charles (Rebecca), Betty, Kenneth (Sharon), Robert (Leona) and Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Bancroft of Coralville, Sue Matje of Clinton and Jim Hand (Lori) of DeWitt; her grandchildren, Shannon Ellis (John), Brian Jones, Nathan Matje, Brad Matje, Megan Thola (Darrell), Erin Matje (Jay Lohse), Lindsay Scheinblum (Josh) and Scott Hand; her siblings, Ed Wright and Dixie Kirschbaum; and her sister-in-law Jan Wright. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
