He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Ullrich and Lucile Ullrich (Clark); his sisters, Priscilla and Twyla; and his nieces, Carla Jo and Ronda.
He is survived by: his children, Nate Ullrich (Theresa) of Clinton, Terry Ullrich of North Liberty and Lynsey Ullrich (Mike Lartz) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Paris, Alex, Devin and Kataryna; his stepgrandchildren, Holly and Anastacia; and his niece Sheila Kohrt of Clinton. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
