He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Whisker and Julia Whisker (Milhouse); and his niece Liz. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Hart of Clinton; his children, Phil Petersen (Michele) of Clinton, Matt Petersen (Renee) of Clinton and K. C. Kelley (Kip) of Clinton; and his sisters, Nicki Stagman (Gary) of Granite City, IL, Jill Whisker of Senoia, GA and Kim Bush of Clinton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
