She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Smith and Lucille Smith (Heinrichsen). She is survived by: her sons, Paul (Denise), Clinton, Greg and Davenport; her grandchildren, Tyler (Darian), Brady and Treyger; her great grandchild Brynlee Kay; her sisters, Sally Leon of Washington, IL and Kathy Zabortsky (Steven) of Troy Mills, IA; and her siblings-in-law, Mary, Therese (Adda Sayers) and Mark. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the children's Discovery center in Clinton or to the family.
