He is survived by: his parents, Jamie David of Clinton, IA and Larry Heinitz (Marcia) of Morrison; his wife Katrina Heinitz of Clinton, IA; his children, Zander, Hunter and Catalina; and his siblings, Cassie Heinitz of Clinton, IA and John Heinitz of Maquoketa, IA. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles; with one niece, one nephew and many many friends.
