He is survived by: his mother Kathy Monshower of Thomson, IL; his children, Anthony Rush (Heather) of Scott County, Zachary Smith of Camanche, IA, Aaron Smith of Camanche, Tristan Smith, Manny Smith and Crystal Catie Cook; his grandchildren, Willow and Bailey; his siblings, Jesse Smith of Clinton, Matthew Smith (Amanda) of Thomson, Annette Dyson-Smith of Thomson and Mari An Eto; and his aunts and uncles, Shawn Smith of Bellevue, IA, Steve Whiting (Cindy) of Thompson, IL, Diana Smith of Clinton and Karen Bowers. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and so many friends, including all of his "brothers".
