He is survived by: his children, Roxanne McGatha (William) of Texas, James Brown, Jr. (Laura) of Camanche, Lorrie Bruggenwirth (Terry) of Clinton, Kevin Brown (Sandi) of Clinton and Eric Brown of Clinton; and his sisters, Leda Kriebs of Moline and Patsy Ohl of Independence, Iowa.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
