She is survived by: her husband Charles Leavens; her daughters, Charlotte Daehler (David) of Thomson, IL, Karen Herrig of Camanche and Janice Benshoof (Herb) of Noblesville, IN; her grandchildren, Lynne Simeon (Garth), Janine Zantingh (Jordon), Elizabeth Knutsen (Ian), Krista Deur (Brian), Kari Dyjak (Eric), Allison Benshoof and Ryan Benshoof; her great grandchildren, Norah, Atticus, Myleigh, Madelyn, Charlie, Avary and Austin; and her sisters, Phyllis Sikkema of Albany and Patsy Titus of East Moline.
