It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harold L. Smith of Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on January 31, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William O. Smith and Olive L. Smith (Risinger); and his son Scott. He is survived by: his wife Judith E. Smith of Clinton, IA; his daughters, Stacie Bedford (Bob) of Iowa City, IA and Dawn Bollard (John) of Oakdale, MN; his grandchildren, Sierra, Taylor and Trenton; his great grandchildren, Adler, Jack and Bennett; and his sister Berniece Marburger of Clinton, IA..

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pape Funeral Home (2308 Pershing Blvd, Clinton, IA 52732). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
