He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Marx and Anna Marx (Tietjens); and his brother Arthur Marx of Bryant. He is survived by: his wife Carol Sutthoff; his children, Debra Hippler (Chet) of Clinton, David Marx (Kathy) of Clinton and Daniel Marx (Sheryel) of Newton, IA; his grandchildren, Carissa, Dalton Marx, Heather and Shayla Hippler; and his great grandchildren, Tripp, Chance and Averee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Andover Fire and Ambulance or the First Presbyterian Church.
